Malcolm Anson, Managing Director or Clarkson Controls retires from his post as Immediate Past President of the BCIA in March 2020. After his 2 years as President of the BCIA and a further 2 years as Past President Malcolm has decided to move aside for ‘younger blood’.

Malcom has been extremely proud to have fulfilled both roles at the BCIA and wishes the Association all the best going forward. He is confident that the BCIA will maintain the phenomenal growth of the Association over the last 4 years and that they will continue with the Young Engineers and Training and Skills Card. The Association prides itself on the Support and Training they offer members,  particularly young people coming into the industry.

The BCIA is focused on providing practical benefits for its members, who span the range of companies operating in the building controls and BEMS sector and Malcolm would encourage anyone associated with the industry to join the Association and support it. You can join here.

Although Malcolm is stepping down, and will no longer be part of the Management Committee, he will still remain a BCIA member and is very much looking forward to meeting past friends and colleagues at the upcoming BCIA Awards Dinner at the Hilton Metropole in April.
